We currently have 34 dictionaries available as listed below. You can download and unzip each dictionary file into the UltimateSpellInclude\Dictionary folder under the root of your web application.
If you need a medical dictionary you can find MeDic useful. Click the "MeDic for Word" link, download the "medic.zip" file, unzip it to extract the "all.dic" file, rename it as "medical.dic", move it under the "UltimateSpellInclude\Dictionary\medical" directory under your application, and set the "Dictionary" property of your UltimateSpell control to "medical". Please check the MeDic license agreement on its publisher's website before using it in your application.
