UltimateEditor control provides a server-side API to create your own toolbars programmatically either by
loading and updating an existing one, or by building a new one from scratch. You can also programmatically
set the toolbar and toolbar item properties.

Server-side API is composed of a class library to help you easily maintain toolbars and toolbar items using a
collection-based object model. In Windows XP and 2003 this link may not work due to security measures. In
that case go into the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Karamasoft\ASP.NET2.0\UltimateEditor\v3.3\Controls\Documents folder, and
double-click UltimateEditor.chm.
