You can set whether the toolbars are visible with the ToolbarsVisible property.

You can set whether the Design and Html tabs under the text box are enabled/visible with the
DesignTabEnabled, DesignTabVisible, HtmlTabEnabled and HtmlTabVisible properties.

You can set whether the editor is read-only with the ReadOnly property.
