This page has one UltimateDatePicker control and one UltimateCalendar
control.
UltimateDatePicker control is composed of DatePickerTextBox and DatePickerImage
controls, and you can change the properties of each child control as regular
ASP.NET server controls.
You can use the provided dropdown boxes to change the behavior of the
UltimateDatePicker control dynamically.
